Quinn should not be there. He should be back in Premmy league, putting in good performances and trying to force Seage out of the side. Hages plays favourites yet again

Every game that Seage has played for us, he's been all class, whether it be at fullback or wing. He's just been incredibly unfortunate with injury. Now he's strung 2 games together, and isn't showing any signs of injury (touch wood), and now finds himself back in PL. It's insanity!

Very dissapointed to see Quinn walk straight back into the side, I think Seage has done enough to have earnt the spot, much safer than Quinn under the ball, and was a big help to Thaiday in that respect, I'm sure Seage being there would have made Milton a lot more comfortable when balls were going out to that wing. Not surprising that Quinn got back in though, he was playing well before his suspension.

I've just been looking at the Jubilee Av forum, and some people are saying they saw interviews with Bedsy and Midley, and they both reckon that Joey won't be fit for this weekend, and Bedsy apparently said "the side is pumped to show that they can win without Johns." Anyone else heard this?

Also, according to todays Herald, Tolar and Tanner, as well as Johns are in doubt

The report in todays Herald didn't sound encouraging as far as Johns injury goes. Steve Crowe saying that it's a muscle injury and there isn't much they can do in the way of treatment, they basically have to wait and hope it comes good. They seemed pretty confident that Tolar and Tanner would be right. If there's any doubt I hope they are training with the alternate halves all week, and that Hages is going to have a game plan, he didn't appear to have one last week. Surely he wont start with Kidley at halfback again? Paper also said Abes is still a couple of weeks away, they are trying to get a "Bit more meat" on his leg LOL. The article also said that Simmo, and Lowrie have niggling injuries. But are expected to play.

Just when I was regreting the decision of letting Hagan go.. I know feel much better that he's going! FFS what has Quinn done to walk back in!?

Not good on to hear about Johns being in doubt.

Whats the latest on Davico?

They are again saying "He may play P/L this week" but they have said every week for a few weeks now. I'm thinking Roops may be right, "we'll never see him in the red and blue". As for regretting Hagan going, last week proved to me that it's the right thing we are doing, without Johns he has no plan, it just confirms how much he relies on him to run the show.

It'd be a real shame if he never got to the field for us. A Front-row rotation of Smith, Perry, Davico and Woolnough would give us close to, if not, the best front row in the comp

Maybe not the best in the competition, but I guess a combination that not too many people will recognise as great unless they follow the Knights. Hopefully Johns gets a spot because unless Hagan has got a very good game-plan for Kidley and Mullen, it will be much harder to get that victory at WIN.

Well, at least with Davico playing, Raider_69 is forced to admit that our forward pack is decent ;-)

On paper you would argue we are in with a good chance. Hopefully we can get up for this one and have a good structured gameplan.

I remember when he did his neck last time he played against cowboys the next week and left the field early when we were thumpin them and they said it was only a minor injury and he will be back next week. Next thing you know he was out for the season and we got thumped in the semi's. I hope it's not a repeat of that injury I know they said it wasn't but I don't trust them.

Maybe it woud just be safer to give him another weeks rest even though for me it's the biggest grudge match of the year cuz i hate the Dragons but i think from the teams point of view he should maybe miss another week. We can beat the Dragons without him if we have more time to prepare. Either way i'll be stressin until I see him on the field and kickin some butt.

I'm sick to death of seeing this. We played atrociously on the weekend, yet Hagan persists with selecting people who haven't earned their place. Kurt Gidley should have been given a serious talking to following a weak showing, and there is no way that Quinn is more deserving of the wing spot than Seage.

Hagan can't leave soon enough for me.

I've got nothing at all against Quinn, he's a good honest footballer, but if he deserves to walk straight back into first grade after the two performances that Dave Seage has served up, then I'm a freakin ballet dancer.

Campbell was not named in the PL side.
Kidley has proven he is not a halfback.
Mullen is still learning to play halfback (and I think he is no more likely to make it at half than Kidley).

The only true halfback we have with firstgrade experience is Campbell. I think there is a very strong chance he is on standby for Joey.
