 We are down and copping flack from all quarters as we should for letting the bunnies run riot over us....I thought you guys might have taken the chance while a team is having a wobble to put another nail in....looking at that team, well I think you Knights supporters have already answered that question
LOL Chile, we don't have anyone who knows how to use a hammer, and Hagan certainly doesn't know how to use an axe.

maybe i will just go down to central and watch it... i dont know, i really dont want to abandon the team or more importantly the cause of the crusade in these dark times, but seriously, how can he expect us to keep showing up every week when there is simply no sign of improvement? Spiteri, Salkeld etc would be banging their heads on the wall in premier league, dead set they would have to run over some of these blokes with a four wheel drive to even be considered, which doesent instill any type of motivation.

Hey hages, heres a newsflash for you.... We havent won a game since GOD DAMN SEPTEMBER. PLEASE, f**kING DO SOMETHING you worthless inept cat of a coach.

Ive been pretty passionate about following the team this year. When all my friends abandoned the team, i stuck true to what i believed. I screwed work over to get to games, and im really seeing next to reason to keep doing it, when the same thing keeps happening week in week out.... Going to Manly to get hammered is nothing short of a joke, im just glad its tuesday, because if it was saturday and i saw that i wouldnt bloody go

One word... unbelievable.

Almost every player in the Knights side has given Hagan a reason to drop him this year, and yet the useless cat decides to pick on a f***ing 17 year old, who has tried his ass off and done NOTHING TO DESERVE TO BE DROPPED. Has he even THOUGHT about Kidley in the centres, Mullen at 5/8 long term with Joey, and Georgie boy in reggies where he belongs? Has he thought about what this dumping is going to do to young Jarrod's confidence? Or does he not even care... after all, Mullen is not a Queenslander!

I was feeling pretty guilty about not going down to manly this week (finances are a bit tight after buying a car last week). But if Hagan is gonna treat us, the fans, like idiots then so be it. The only ones I feel sorry for are the kids like Mullen, Spiteri and Tremain-Cannon that Hagan and his regime are sh!tting all over. I would not blame any one of them if they left the club, ASAP.

Hagan is an idiot. HE MUST GO.

The only reason why Mullen is not in the team that i can see is that his thumb injury must hav been bad enough to have him out this week. If he is playing PL, that is IF he is playing PL, that will deadset do me. The more I think about it, the more I'm appearing to be glad dad wont take me down this week. The team got beaten by FIFTY last week and the only guy who looked like the possibility of getting us some points was Mullen. Where is he this week if he's not injured?????? Freaking Premier League. As for Hall, yes northey I agree with u there, give Salkeld another go, at least he offers some spark.

I think we all agree that there is nothing to be achieved from this year unfortunately, so why not put a few eggs in the one basket and give some of the younger guys a run in FG - eg Tremain Cannon, Hinton, Spiteri and now Mullen. Sure Kidley prob should b in the team, just not at five-eight. Put him in the centres and give Mullen another shot alongside Joey, while putting Georgey boy bak in PL. I really could cry now, I really could ......................

Not as disappointed in that team as others are. Bit bummed that Carmont stayed whilst Mullen went, but it doesn't look too awful. Quinn's continued presence is almost as confusing as Carmont's. I thought Hall was good at the back, last week.

Worthy!

the happy place has been destroyed. Were in a dark damp horrible cave, trying to find our way back to the light.. unfortunately i dont see us getting out of that cave any time soon, especially with sh*tty selection policies such as these

Oh, if only to have wok back.... we all might have hated him, but at least we could be guaranteed that players would be picked on their merits instead of the garbage that is being dished out currently

I have changed my mind about 1-5...

I should have said 1,2,4,5...

Tighe did nothing wrong, and he will get more ball with Johns there...

And Gidley over Mullen... well I dunno whats going there... I think Gidley hasnt found his feat yet, and when he does I think he will be great...

Im not looking forward to the weekend game though.

Whens the first grade team announced? ;)

LOL...thats actually pretty funny

There is probably an element of truth to the fact that we may not be able to use many more players from outside the Top 25 in fear of breaching the salary cap at the end of the year. That is the only reason why Hinton is not fullback this week, why Carmont gets used every week in spite of how awful he is, why Mullen is not 5/8, et al.

The forwards are honest footballers that dont stop trying, the halves are generally ok in attack and defence - it is our back 5 that are awful in attack and a massive liability in defence.

This thread is funny... all you guys talking about hating a man I bet most of you havent met in person, much less gotten to know personally...

I dont know what is happening in the selection process, but it makes no sense to me for the basis of the very same side to come out and play again this week, with their level of recent "success" still fresh in everyone's minds.

The coach has a number of cards he is dealt (players) The team is obviously in trouble with injuries (and with the rest of them playing so poorly would you rush back if you didnt have to???) and the salary cap from bringing players in outside the top 25...

But what's the answer... sure Mr Hagan doesnt seem to be getting the best from his players.. but his players dont seem to be giving their own pride too much regard based on their performance this week :(:(:(

A bad workman always blames his tools... and more than a few players are playing like tools... suggesting the coach is also a bad workman....

Maybe the management reshuffle inside the team will fix this... maybe they can hire someone from outside the Knights mafia, a proper business type person who can put the club back on the straight and narrow... and get rid of the brand name players who show up for 2 games a year!!!!

George Carmont ](*,) ](*,)

Mullen had better be injured from Hagan's point of view by putting Kidley at five-eight .............

Concentrating on the important things hey how about the fact that we've got a fullback, that has no idea about his positioning, shocking one on one defence and a very poor choices when it comes to passing in goal?

I wish I could have the same drugs that Hages in on, then maybe I would have confidence in this team like he does... actually I don't even think that would help me!

Alex28 - There is NO FEAR of breaching the 2nd Teir Salary Cap - We dont have 60 signed juniors like the Roosters - But given they usually have to pay many lower grade players $5,000 a game to play I suspect Conway has told them not to promote too many players cause they dont have the cash to pay them. There can be no other reason why Mullen and others aren't there. Lets see if Kirk earns his money OFF the bench?
