Rugby league great James Graham has blasted Peter FitzSimons for behaving like a parasite in sending a message to the Roosters captain, saying his words will hurt Tedesco's family.

'How dare you do that? He is saying it is going to draw flak. Well you have your reaction. I am calling it out for what it is.

'It has hit a nerve and it has really frustrated me because it is just something that shouldn't be going on — and he needs to be called out for it.

'Nothing less than the behaviour of a parasite. Now for those that don't know what a parasite means, it needs a host to stay alive. And this type of behaviour is using our game and the very serious nature of concussion in order to stay relevant or alive.

'That's what a parasite would do.'

How Fitzsimmons became a mouthpiece for the left is beyond me.

He was one of the worst standard Rugby Union players to ever play for Australia.

He isn't particularly intelligent.

And he started the downfall of his own code when he attacked the big-name recruit Israel Fallou for his religious beliefs.

Rugby Union in Australia never recovered.

Sport is entertainment in the modern era and rugby union is losing the long-term battle by inflicting such pedantic oversight and implementation of its rulebook, largely due to the TMO and the game’s seeming paralysis when it comes to head injuries, concussion and the dangers as they pertain to CTE.

The simple confusion is how do rugby league, AFL and the NFL continue to improve their product and entertainment value despite facing the same concerns?

Rugby Union continues to eat itself alive with non-sensical officiating, including yellow and red cards in most matches.

For the first time ever, I turned off the Rebels vs Drua game last Friday night, because of the stop-start nature and switched over to the league.

In doing so, and after watching plenty more league, AFL and soccer recently, it is stark that their professional product is superior.

Keep your mitts off Rugby League Fitzsimmons.

Don’t make this political. I lean centre-left politically and I think Bandana Head is a first class flog.

Left or right…there are flogs on both sides who are almost universally treated with contempt. Pete the Pirate and Scomo being two notable examples.

With his code dying in this country in front of his eyes this wanker will do all he can to tear league down. Problem he’s got is we are on fire at the moment and participation is rising steadily helped by the growth of league tag. Union has no way out. It’s elitist and unpopular and bloody awful to watch. Smell the fear.

Fitzys article's are always about league needing to stick in its lane, recently he's written.

The 18th team should be the bears, why expand when you can have another team in Sydney heart land

Pacific cup needs to be scrapped. Won't work.

World Cup should be played in NSW/QLD, why bother listening to bids from South Africa, NZ or Qatar

Like all union fans, he just wants league to stay in it's lane and be played in Penrith, Hull, Logan and south Auckland lol
