that was a disgusting effort in flegg, they just didn't put in and I hope "cully" gives those kids a fair kick up the arse for their troubles on Tuesday. Only positive was Anthony Mitchells debut in flegg, he played very well and was one of our best i thought.

I agree with the refs performance in reserve grade, it was very sub standard, we must be the only side in all three grades across the board who has been penalised for standing infront of the kicker from the re-start..everyone f**king does it and this side gets penalised, you work it out.

I thought our best was KK as usual..a classy performance by a future star.

The ONE game I couldn't go to.. and he makes his debut

Another reason to hate the Bulldog hooligans

I thought Marty Lewis had a pretty strong game for his first start in PL., to be brutally honest he outplayed Lowrie who remains a major disappointment. He hit the jackpot signing for 3 years did Todd, Fao'oso came on when Tsoulos got on the mdeicab after 5 minutes, and played strongly.

Perhaps if someone knows the outcome of the Tsoulos injury, looked like his ankle again.

Tony Williams was ok, made a couple of good busts, he seems to get better and a little more confident each week, could be he will mature like Feleti in the next year or so.

Fa'aoso was impressive considering he has been out for a fairly long time.....he has great potential, does anyone know his contract situation for next year?

Oh and there were no handling errors from him, which is great!!

Good news on Fa'aoso and Etu, don't care much for Maloney......K.Keating will be ready for first grade next year.......Hodko may well be too, so Maloney is not needed but if he is there purely just in case i can understand

You may not rate Maloney but the facts are the team was playing a hell of a lot better when he was steering them around.

There are more reasons than him, trust me. Taia, Hauraki, Green, Inu, Paulo and Reddy have also been in and out of the side.....it has had many disruptions and they are struggling.......if you think Maloney was the reason for them playing well, you are kidding yourself!!!! Green led that team around, not Maloney.....

they also didn't play badly on Friday night, The Bulldogs are coming first, the ref was a joke and gave them a try (ball was 2 metres forward) that basically won them the match, the last try was scored when they had already pretty much won the game......we also lost Tsoulos early, the last 2 weeks has shown improvement.....

just to let you know Korny, the coaching staff themselves have pinpointed one of the reasons for the form slump in the last 8 weeks due to Maloney not being there, apparently he's a real talker out there and a traffic cop for his forwards, they certainly don't miss his playing ability but they do miss his leadership skills.

this has not come from me but the coaching department.

Searching for excuses it seems. As long as the top grade keep trotting along, I'll be happy.

Fair enough too, it is probably a factor but it aint the sole reason as was made out......

he was rusty but with JT now busted he needs to step up in the coming weeks.

He ran hard and didn't make any errors though, so i thought that was a step in the right direction
