Flexi Membership Redemption Issue?

Hi all — quick question for anyone with a Flexi membership (Flexi 3 or Flexi 6) this year.


Has anyone had trouble redeeming their tickets?


According to the Flexi redemption guide, we need to select our game by 11:59pm on the Monday of the game week. I’m hoping to go this Saturday, so obviously I need to lock it in today.


The issue is that when I log into the Ticketmaster Members Site → My Events, the available game picks all show “31 October, 8pm” rather than the actual match dates. It looks like the Dragons or Ticketmaster haven’t loaded the correct game details, which means I can’t confidently redeem the ticket for this weekend.


Just wondering:


  • Has anyone successfully redeemed for Saturday’s game yet?
  • Are you seeing the same October 31 placeholder?
  • Or is it just something weird on my account and I should try a different browser or something?

And while I’m here… in the spirit of general complaining:
My membership packs (ordered late January) still haven’t arrived either.

Update (if this helps anyone):

I spoke to a lady at the club today and she explained how the system actually works. Even though all the tickets on the landing page say 31 October, 8pm, that’s just a placeholder. If you click through and then press “Exchange Tickets”, you can choose how many Flexi tickets you want to use. After that step, the actual games appear and you can select from them.

Because I wasn’t sure the system was working and didn’t want to waste our Flexi 3 tickets, I’ve already gone ahead and bought normal tickets to the game myself this week.

So apparently the system does work — it’s just not explained very clearly. Hope that helps someone! 👍

Also asked about my member packs - she said the cards were all printed wrong at manufacture and had to be returned - leading to delays.

So I have 2 memberships with 2 clubs.
I'm a Carlton Blues member and obviously St George member.

My Carlton membership was received before Christmas with emails and updates regularly.

St George yep I'm still waiting 2 weeks into the season and ordered the package earlier this year absolutely appalling from what's meant to be a professionally run club.

They cant get anything right.
Its about time they get things right on and off the field.
It's actually really sad to see it's obvious the higher ups simply don't care can't even get spelling or dates right on a jersey that's seriously concerning and says a lot.
