Just in case you are perusing through today's Leader, on page 86 is our wedding photo which finally made it into the paper.

We are the photo on the bottom right - I am the only one not wearing one of those horrid strapless dresses!

everyone else can read why i didnt bother with northies on sunday night, 500 people in a line 5 deep, it was already 300 people too crowded

Re the Leader. Its a shame but they dont seem interested in updating their website. It still carries stories from about October last year. I have emailed them and got no reply.

Merritt is a very common name in the Aboriginal community.

I haven't got it with me now but the story on page 11 was about an armed robber with the surname Merritt. He is close to the most wanted man in NSW. The article said he had family in Redfern, which makes me suspect he's atleast some slight relation to Nathan. It also said his uncle or was it his father, was a very famous armed robber himself.
