1) did i ever suggest that the Raiders recruitment policy was any good? it's been woeful, and recruiting has-beens from the SL is the worst idea yet. why do you just assume that i'm an idiot? crikey, give me some credit please.

Never suggested you were an idiot mate! Was kind of having a laugh, but Ali has played exceptionally well for a guy who is clearly not fully up to speed. I accept 100% that the intensity in SL is not repeated week in week out as in the NRL, but let's be right, there are some games in your comp that are a stroll. Equally, as I understand it, several NRL clubs were after his signature. Look, I know you're recruitment is 'dodgy', Matty is a top guy, but not exactly the sort of signing that will win the comp for you (he is back to form though after a very disappointing start to the season). No offence meant, hope none taken.
