There have been thousands of diabolical performances over the years. 6 try assists doesnt happen that often though.Seriously, you wouldn’t read to much into this performance given the Knights have been diabolical.
His kicking game which he supposedly didnt have especially.Moylan has been improving before this game, it’s not just the knights.

Shit thats 2 months worth of try assists for some decent halves in a day.
Moylan was always good for a game or 2 like this. The key is doing it against a much better Souths next week. He is a flat track bully
I thought there where no easy games?
He became the 3rd player since try assist stats were recorded to do it.Think about all the star players who have played in the last 16 years and not done it. Its f**king impressive regardless of the team it was against.Knights ave 26 points against a game. Yet they have still won 5 games so despite having bad defence can still play ok.
Look at his record v Knights one team he plays well against. He hasn't been so well v Souths that with his lack of consistency was what I meant

It must be a reasonably difficult thing to do if studs like Thurston, Maloney, Marshall, Johnson etc. Never managed to do it. They've played shit teams plenty of times.
Hell even Lockyer and Joey played a portion of their careers after 2002. Not managing it.
He's still a longway from being as good as Jimmy has been for us. But shit thats one of the star performances of the year from anyone.
Like we did in 2016? We saw plenty of consistency from him. 2017 was the dxception.Good on him. But as Franklin rightly pointed out Sharks fans will probably have to wait a few weeks to see the next good game from Moylan while the better players in the game do the business week in week out.
I didn't see the game but the highlights look like a combination of Moylan pearlers (which we all know he's capable of) and a couple of Knights defensive efforts that are purely embarrassing. A couple of Moylan's assists could almost have been attributed to Ken Sio instead. He became the 3rd player since try assist stats were recorded to do it.Think about all the star players who have played in the last 16 years and not done it. Deception? Agreed.Like we did in 2016? We saw plenty of consistency from him. 2017 was the dxception.
Sounds like Hayne, 2009 version. He was great from the Origin series in 2016 until the end of season. When he gets confidence he can perform week in and week out. He was widely regarded as the form player in the competition.
Fair comment. Hopefully he keeps his attitude right. Wait and see. That doesnt mean hes going to repeat it. Byt Sharks have won 6 in a row now and he has done something only 2 players in 16 years have done. I think its fair to say he's playing decent footy now.

I'll back him to get a try assist in the next month. Barring injury I would say it's a safe bet.He is the sort of player that is capable of not getting a try assist for another month now.
Only 2 halves have done it since 2002 before today. No idea how they went the following week. They are the worst defensive team. I liken it too us last week.
It was great we kept a team tryless but WT are ordinary in attack. We backed it up against the best the week later.
6 try assists is a great achievement but backing it up with a strong showing in the difficult games coming up is what quality halves do
You are correct. Even when he was with us, the good sides worked him out and shut him down. He's most dangerous when defences are tired.Seriously, you wouldn’t read to much into this performance given the Knights have been diabolical.
