Tamazoid, I did. As Willow said, to avoid confusion, I thought it better to have one thread regarding the awards rather than two and, after misunderstanding the way it was originally wanted to be done and taking on board everyones suggestions, I went for a fresh start. Wasn't trying to be obnoxious or upset anyone. Many apologies.

Round seven complete and with it, what can only be described as the upset of the season. With Newtown beaten for the first time this season, the race for the top of the table is now on. Again, some quality articles produced this round. The games are starting to get a semi-final feel about them.

This points table player of the match should finish at the completion of the regular season and not continue into the play-offs, otherwise it will disadvantage players from the lower clubs. Maybe have another award for the player of the final series.

I don't think there were any plans to continue it past the completion of the normal rounds. I certainly wasn't going to and I think willow will confirm this.

Yeah. Its all modeled on what other competitions do. Semi final matches don't count and will have some separate type of prize(s).
