as some may klnow by now i run the unofficial west sydney razorbacks forums located at http://www.razorsonline.tk we currently have 65 registered user and still growing which i think is good for a forum based only one a single team.
the nbl season is coming to an end and id like to take the forum to bigger and better places come next nbl season.
the only problem is i only have general php skills and i wouldnt know how to do stuff like they have done to these forums. (ie:with the quick reply,chats and so on)
what i want to know is where and how much would i be looking at for paying a pro to do php work for me.
another problem i have that i cant fix and some people here may be able to help me with is, the forum wont let people stay logged in every time the refresh button is hit they need to log in again. any way to fix this.

if hes willing to do it of course..or install EM(easymod ver 0.0.11) by nutzy from phpbb.com which will install a lot of what you want to add to your forums, some still require slight modifications and changes to the database are still a manual process, so you still need to get your hands dirty ;-)
