Very sad that France had to announce series cancelled 48 hours after confirming it was on. NRL clubs refused to release players. That is so depressing

Why can’t they play Wales, Ireland or Scotland. Sounds like they don’t care much..??

I don’t think that’s the case. It was meant to be a warm up series ahead of World Cup qualification in which Wales already involved. Scotland & Ireland not taking part in qualification for this World Cup probably too short notice to get anything together. Fact remains NRL clubs seem to continue to dictate to the international game. What other sport would that kind of thing happen?
