Frank Hyde Week

This week is Frank Hyde week as we lead up to round 2 of the Frank Hyde Cup between the Bears and the Jets at Henson Park on Saturday at 3pm

Should be a close match with the Bears in great recent form and the Jets playing well last weekend against the Eels.

Go the Jets!!! Set for a big one to take home the Frank Hyde Cup.

I'm tipping a cracker. Hopefully the Jets can play for 80 minutes. They haven't for a while.

As for the man himself, I'd imagine it gets harder for him each year to appear. He wasn't at our launch this year (whereas he was last year). It would be great if he could make it.

He lives at Queenscliff. I'd say he's a better chance of appearing at NSO for the third leg.

I'm thinking about heading down to Henson tomorrow. Should be a great game between the Jets and the Bears. I know the Roosters and Balmain jersey flegg teams are also playing at 10.30 but does anyone know if there is a game between?

Supposedly student rugby league fixtures will be played as curtain raisers.
My guess is there will be two games involving the UTS Jets in between the junior rep fixture and Frank Hyde Cup clash.

Im expecting the Bears to even it up this weekend in the Frank Hyde cup.And then on the next meeting the Jets to narrowly beat em'.
