I'm sure I saw him in the parade of Titans players at the GF last night, which is the strongest indication so far he will be honouring his contract.

Although i think we would rather stay at Penrith, i think you will find that he will honour his contract.

Thats what I thought:? I think he'll definately be at the Titans next year. They won't release him anywayz you wouldn't think.

Frank is now waiting to see the outcome of what happens to turner. If turner gets out their may be a avenue for him to follow

this on the official Panthers website from the media spokeperson..
"Frank is going to the Titans. They have given him a couple of weeks leave for personal reasons, which would explain why he is still in town."

This from the titans website:
Titans release Frank Puletua on Compassionate grounds

Jetstar Gold Coast Titans Managing Director Michael Searle today released Frank Puletua from his playing contract with the Jetstar Titans effective immediately.

The 27 year old had signed to play with the new NRL franchise for the 2007/2008 seasons from Penrith where he played alongside Jetstar Titans football manager Scott Sattler and players Luke Swain and Preston Campbell.

“Frank approached the Club some months ago, requesting a release from his contract which was initially declined.” Searle Said.

“Frank has recently had further issues arise and he presented those circumstances to the Club and his request for release based on compassionate grounds. The Club has offered Frank an unconditional release, effective immediately based on these compassionate grounds.”

“I have today contacted Michael Leary (Penrith Panthers CEO) and advised him of our decision and provided him with our support should the Penrith Panthers wish to sign Frank for a further term now that we have released him.”

“It’s important to note that the circumstances surrounding this compassionate release are private and confidential and we would ask that the Puletua’s families’ privacy is respected at this time.”
