Freddy had a squad that should have won the lion share of series but kept getting in his own way, square pegs in round holes and overthinking things to land on 3/6 series victories, including 1 in his last 4 series.

Compare him to Mal who was probably a similar quality coach in club land, who kept things simple and won 9/10.
