I reckon there was at least 6 of Rickersons tackles were borderline high shots and I agree on the Myers tackle observed by everyone else. The roosters get away with so much crap if it were the sharkies penalty count would be 20 anyway I took Broncos in all my tipping comps so 1/1 is good.

I think Berrigan might have played himself into the side too although it may only be a bench spot. I think they'll definatley pick Gower and Lockyer now, so that means Noddy will be fresh for the game against Parramatta and Dykesy. He'll need to be.

im gladded i tipped the Broncs and i had no doubt they were going to win as the roosters didnt have anything that resembled a forward pack and had a poor bench.
Was very impressed with the broncs tonight - the two berrigans (isnt it great to see an old school hooker again) and Lockyer were great.

Lockyer's certainly warmed to 5/8th now, hasn't he?
You guys have pretty much echoed my thoughts watching it last night. On current form, he'd have to be a shoe-in for Australian 5/8th.

I'll tell you something else. It was astrange atmosphere there last night. The Roosters supporters are strange. Totally different to the norm. They don't seem to have a clue what they are watching. They know the players names and they cheer when they make a break but they don't seem to understand the game itself. I think they just go because it's trendy. Not all of em but atleast half. They remind me of Swans fans.

Curiously the Roosters seem to have a lot of Asian fans
It's something I've noticed on TV this year

How have they tapped that market?

I did write something in but it would be perceived as racist so I deleted it. No need for it. ;-)

No no, don't get me wrong. Your question wasn't racist but my answer would have seemed to be, that's why I changed it. There was no need for my answer, the question is valid. I dunno the answer. Maybe because they are the Sydney Roosters and alot of them live close to the city. Maybe because the Roosters are the most high profile in Sydney and they attract new supporters to the game. Dunno.

I goto the football, have some drinks on the hill, have a good night while i watch the young lady's walk pass and the try hard gangsters, so i have a perv, a laugh and i get my value for money, and i LOVE it and they can waste thier money on entry but it sure add's value to my price of admission :D
