I hope Scott stays. I've said it before - why develope them and not see it through. He is every definition of developing a (talented) youngster.

Mapp- hmmmm- it makes me think ...that if we are paying him 200+ K a year.....and we can't get out of it..... centre?...... can we train him down( size wise).......
