I live up the top of Edward St and I've had so many people say "DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE VICTORY?"... it got very boring. Although if my apartment was on the other side of the building I might have had a very interesting view last night.

Oh and what happend to the Vic? I'm still on leave (first day back to work, after two months off, tomorrow so I'm trying to make myself tired and numb enough I don't notice) so haven't been keeping up with current happenings...

Burnt to the ground early Sunday morning, was apparently utter chaos evacuating it at 2am. I'm sure the owners (AHL, or basically Woolworths) aren't looking at this as an opportunity to redevelop a prime piece of real-estate.
