Fullback in 2009

Seems to me we have a number of options for fullback next year
Moltzen
Gallant
McDonnell
Lazarus
Ryan
Lawrence

And out of those only Lawrence would be guaranteed a first grade start at this stage

Should make for some hard work and great competition over the summer

for me in order of preference
1. Gallant (yesterday he took the box seat)
2. Hanbury (looked dangerous in limited chances)
3. Ryan (very safe player, like Hodgson)
4. Lazarus (untested, maybe give him a few weeks in NSW cup to regain fitness)
5. Moltzen (not a fullback)
6. Lawrence (keep him at centre, he is really coming along well)
7. McDonnell (tried, failed)

Mighty Mouse was superb on the weekend, i dont think anyone else has showed the form he has... although Lazarus hasnt been given a go and he is a dam good player.

For my money it should be out of:
Mighty Mouse
Lazarus
Beau Ryan

Lets see how he goes this weekend if Hodgo is out if he could produce the goods friday nite he should be given first crack!!
