I'm glad Souths have agreed to keep Good Friday at Accor (wish the Eels & Tigers did the same for Easter Monday) whilst moving the majority of their other games to Allianz.

Will be interesting to see if this means Souths can actually play a home game prior to round 3 or 4 off the back of the move as well?

I read an article about it in today's SMH. It was funded by the Federal Government, the NSW Government, Hills Shire Council and Parramatta Leagues club. It is purpose built as a training centre for the men's and women's RL teams. As such I'd suspect it would be owned by the club.

Raiders - $19 m (2020)
Penrith - $22m (2016)
Knights $23m (2022)
Titans - $25m (2016)
Rabbitohs - $26m (2023)
Broncos $27m (2018)
Sea Eagles - $33m (2022)
Cowboys - $40m (2021)
Bulldogs - Currently costed at $60m, set to be finished in 2026
Dragons - Currently costed at $60m, set to be finished in 2026
Eels - $70m (2025)
Wests Tigers - $75m (2022)

Worth noting, the Eels CoE was originally costed at $53m, so don't be surprised if the final costs for the Bulldogs & Dragons is higher than $60m.

Four clubs missing

Storm seem to have a budget one at 12 million

Sharks ? They have funding of 8 million don’t know if it’s part of the lc redevelopment

Warriors seem to have an old facility



Dolphins don’t have one

Poor from Pvl not to demand it as part of their entry

The Seabrook Reserve in Broadmeadows is a CoE for NRL Victoria & Touch Football Victoria, not the Storm. The Storm have said, once they have an NRLW side, they'll play out there, but it's not like the other CoE's.
