I have heard great things about Albott Kelly who played in the S.G ball side this year. He is Greg Inglis cousin and plays either 5/8 or fullback. He attends Fairfield Pat's. I know a ladie through work that goes out with another cousin (lucky her even went back to after party with Melbourne players at hotel in Parramatta), and both of them believe if he puts his head down and trains hard he could be something real special.

He can be a future talent. One of his flaws that I noticed this year was that he would sometimes show up not switched on for games. Reckon he could be better than Gringlis.

he actually played Harold Mathews and from what I understand has exteneded his contract until 2009.

freakish talent with beautiful hands..seen him play a few times.

I remember reading somewhere before that his uncle or father stopped him from signing a new contract with parra as they will go with whoever gives them the most cash. I believe he still has a scholarship with us for a couple more years but we wanted to extend it further

He has extended his deal hybrideel. We tried to have him sign a four year deal but he has apparently opted for a two year deal instead.

He is absolute GUN. He used to play in our open side when in yr 8 and 9 and still carve up. Unfortunately that problem of not being turned on at times is stereotypical of young aboriginal players.

He is also the exact opposite of Inglis imo. Kelly is all about his skill, pace and reading of the game. He is a natural five-eighth and there aren't many of those around these days. If you wathed Arrive Alive, you'd realise this. Gus was giving him MASSIVE Wraps.

The only thing I am worried about is that you can take the boy out of the country, I've heard he misses Kempsey pretty bad.

Two good points there Julian. Ben Barba from the Dogs has similar potential, however always goes missing during games. Something i know for a fact frustrates his teammates no end.

Ben Barba's brother Aaron came to Penrith a couple of years ago with huge raps, howver like you mentioned he got very home-sick and left.

Plenty of caucasians go mia when the heat gets turned up or get homesick and give up their NRL dreams to return home, funny how they seem to not get noticed.

As for Albert I hear he wants to team up with his cuz in a couple of years. ;-)

tbh it sounds massively like they are just using parra to get a good start, cos we have a good junior setup - with little intention of staying on

That's the impression i got strider. Use Parras junior setup then go to whoever offers the most money after we've done all the work which you can pretty much guarantee wont be us. But i guess that's the nature of the game these days
