I would say that was his best ever game for us tonight.

He was outstanding. I know he isn't always consistent and he does take a long time to get back into full groove after an injury but IMO we ALWAYS struggle when he is off the field.

He played 35 minutes in that second half and for the five minutes he was off we were camped in our own half struggling to make 30 meters in a set. I was screaming for him to come back on.

He and Woods basically carried us tonight.

bloody oath, they made almost 400 metres between the two of them alone, f**king mammoth effort by them.

Keith still ambles on to the ball before accelerating at the line. I would love to see him run on to the ball like those Warriors forwards do and really smash in to them. He would then takes his game to a whole new level IMO.

He was dominant out there. I think him and Woods could be one of the best prop pairings in the game.

He read my memo, ha ha ha, but seriously I'd love to see him run onto the ball rather than his usual standing start runs.

Galloway and Woods played very well last night.

Our number 13 is also going well and having an impact on our defence and go forward.

My point being critics are quick to blame but rarely give praise.

I also recall Warren McDonnell chasing Humble when he was in North Qld. According to Wally Lewis, he watched him play and immediately recommended him to the Storm. Thinks he has the makings of a very good player.

What do the critics think?

You blokes kill me, I always watch you play and get frustrated by the lack of go-forward and accordingly take a lot of confidence into games against you. However, your forwards always seem to have a pretty good dig against us, especially over there, and usually do the job. Your defence in the middle was generally pretty tight last night.

Bell and Fulton were absolute rocks in the middle, as they have proven to be in recent weeks.

Essentially Vatuvei killed it for you guys.

If he'd just fallen on that grubber by Beau Ryan, you mob win.

Bell is going real well, but the sad thing is he will be dropped next week for Heighington, very undeservedly I might add. On this years form Heighington should be fighting for a place on the bench with a few others, not walking straight into our starting line up. Bell's defense is far more effective than Heighington who is a liability on our line and he also cripples our attack.

Humble is a decent player but not sure where his best position is. Definitely not hooker, he can fill in but his service isn't efficient enough for a permanent option. Probably not fullback either as he is not great under the high ball. You would have to say he needs to play in the halves. I still cann't quite work out why he was dropped after the Penrith game.

You're right Hybrid. Bell should have the 13 jumper. Heighington surely is playing his last season with our forward depth in the U20s.

Politoni looked really stuffed when he came off and I guess the transition to the NRL will take time to adust too. Regardless, the little we saw of him indicated he is NRL standard.

Brohman mentioned Curtis Sironen is a genuine first grader and must be a certainty to replace Lawrence at 5/8. I think he went further to add within 2 weeks.

It would be a huge vote of confidence in our juniors if Woods, Politoni, Lovett and Sironen can make the transition.

Heighno actually looks to have dropped some bulk during his njury.

I think he may come back a very different player and closer to his best.

Hard to drop Bell though he has been superb
