Don't stone the pigeon, and I don't know if someone else has posted this already ( wouldn't want to take anothers' glory) but Keith Galloway isn't going to Souths, he is staying put at the Sharks.

Have seen it rumoured he WAS going, but not heard anything else.
Hope you're right. He's not really done a great deal this year, but sure looks to have a future ahead of him.
If only he'd run at the line harder

He seems to play his best when the other forwards are laying the early foundation, but goes missing when he needs to do the hard yards himself.
I think this is why he was dropped earlier this year. Stevo was out, the other guys were getting smashed, Galloway became ineffective.

He's only 18 though so there's plenty of time for him to get that right.

Actually, while we're on the subject of young forwards, any news on how Russo, Newton and Vagg are going in PL?
I notice the Russo and Vagg were named on the bench this week, while Newton was on the bench last week and Russo started.

Doesn't really give a great deal away.

I still think we need some more grunt off the bench. Beattie is just not firing for mine and looks well past his use by date

Its no secret the club is still in the market for a sizable second rower, to add some much needed size and aggression. Our current backrowers are mobile and do tackle, but they are not tackle busters and intimidating.

Good news about Galloway - which players are still not signed? - from perusing the forum looks like we have re-signed Sully, Gallen and Galloway - any others?
