Tigers playing on the field with no leadership and Richo now interfering in Benjis press conference. Tigers doing all they can to prove Galvin/Moses right

Man this thread made my head hurt

I remember back when I got my Licence 1 one of the questions was along the lines of 'A young office worker comes to you and says that an older man has been making comments to her that make her feel uncomfortable, outline the steps you would take to deal with this complaint'

I answered 'fire her immediately and hire a younger, sluttier employee instead'

Well I didnt really, but if i did I might have still passed, real estate is one of the loosest industries ever when it comes to that sort of thing

SMH says two more young players in top 30 allege bullying too.

These two players are at the arse end of the top 30 and have been free to leave lol

Watching them both play football makes me want to fork my eyeballs out

Managed by Isaac Moses?

I’m just relaying the news.
Managers see an opportunity I’m guessing?

Tumeth got a 3 year deal when Tim Sheens was decided to give any junior we had who catch and pass a ball an NRL deal. The guy tries but is 75kg back rower FFS. Hes barley jersey flegg standard.

Matamua I think could be ok if a club is patient with him. Hes a skillful lock who the club have managed development poorly but now clearly dont rate.

Basically theyre both now crying cause they see they very unlikley have a future in the NRL so are no doubt jumping on the back of this hoping for some sort of settlemeent before they go and dig holes for the next 35 years.

That club is just a dumpster fire.
EVERY club will have stories of players in these situations. Im sure Tumuth and Matamua could terminate their contracts at any time of their choosing. Im pretty sure Tumuth is managed by Moses as well. A nothing story.

Social media posts made by Jarome Luai and Sunia Turuva have landed the Wests Tigers in legal trouble, with Lachie Galvin's management company serving the club with a legal letter claiming the teenager has been bullied. Luai and Turuva both made pointed social media posts in the wake of Galvin's decision not to accept a new deal with the Tigers, and the 19-year-old will test the open market instead.

Ain’t so tough now hey boys…

Galvin hasn't asked for a release. He merely told them that he wouldn't be resigning.

They were happy to leave it as that. It was the Tigers who wanted an explanation, thus making him explain himself to his team mates.

Seriously, you lot are delusional.

From 2024, and there are other media reports, but I found these two first.

So what is the next step?
I don't know.

There have been so many mistakes by the Tigers through this. In hindsight making the offer was a bad idea but given the size of it I can understand why they thought it would be agreed to. Everything since then has been mishandled by the Tigers. The statement, putting him up in front of the playing group, senior players telling Benji they didn't want him in the team and him giving in, the social media posts/likes, Richo interfering in the press conference.

He should be in first grade if he is fit as he is one of their best players. If they want to develop Fainu as a half he could always play a utility role off the bench. Not having him is hurting the teams chances of making the eight in what is their best chance in a long time to do so.
