Yeah, because your dumb shit players put stuff on social media. Get it yet?
So wait first you say he hasn’t asked for a release.
Then I say he has. And now it’s the players fault?
You are all over the place and it’s a bit early to be hitting the turps.
So which part is bullying? A private post to mates with “money” music?
Or
The Captain posting team first? Which you would hope every Captain of every team would believe.

also so you are angry with players posting those two posts, in response to the attack on Benji and the team from Moses and Galvin. Interesting. I’m sure you would be just as thoughtful of a player if they were doing this bullshit playbook run at an early release. I’m sure 🙄🤣🤦‍♂️ chump.

Yes, this one. Section 789FD. Well it would be if it was repeated behaviour.
If it wasnt in reply to an attack by Galvin and a public post and repeated behaviour you would have a point.
But it was in reply to an attack on the coach, players, was a private post and was a 1 off.
Plus it wasn’t meant to hurt it was ribbing.
Of course Moses has blown it out of proportion, but it doesn't change the fact that Turuva is a twat who the Tigers should be having some stern words with for opening that door.
I’m sure there has been a discussion since then. But he isn’t a twat. All players rib their fellows when they get big deals elsewhere. You think Jerome didn’t get ribs?
Only difference is those Panthers didn’t bag the coach and club on the way out to get an early release.

Strong Ryan Matterson vibes tbh. Promising young half, bell end, probably going to chuck a fit when he's eventually told his future is in the pack...
I pity his next team mates when it doesn’t go how he wants and he starts throwing shade at them.
Do you want him in your defensive line standing shoulder to shoulder 10 metres out?

But in saying that everything I’ve heard is that he is a good kid and a good family. Problem is they are taking advise from a stain to the sport.

Not really how it works tbh. There was no public attack on Turuva from Galvin in any case. Sure, Turuva might argue he wants to stick up for his club, but black and white what he did is an example of bullying behaviour under several categories and he'd be open to problems if he repeated it.

Intent has long been held to be meaningless in harassment/bullying cases BTW.

His old man is apparently a pelican. Like he wants the best for his kid, but also reportedly the dad I'm sure we've all encountered at junior footy games who thinks the universe revolves around their kid and therefore fails to ever teach them humility and self-awareness...

I find it hard to believe there was bullying and the team (and Galvin) improving and playing as well as they have been.
All I see is consequences for actions, but that's not understood by much of this generation is it. (yes I am an old fart)

It is though. Even if you take away the emotional response of Galvin/Moses taking shots at his club and coach.
It doesn’t meat the criteria of bullying.
It isn’t repeated, it wasn’t public, nor was its intent to cause harm.
We literally had a bullying class at work last week.

Incorrect it’s part of it.

Most dads in relation to looking after their kids can be pelicans. I am when my daughter is involved.
Though I do hope I’ve thought her humility and to think of others.

yeah look it does seem a case of dad living through son because he is good at footy and having a stain of a manager feeding him what he wants to hear.

Bingo.

and I would say that even if it was a player doing the same to Souths, or even Parra.

Galvin played at 5 junior clubs > Parra Junior Reps > Tigers junior Reps > Tigers NRL 27 Games > Parra, all before he is 20. We have all seen that kid in juniors.

The best indicator of future performance is past performance

Oh they spread the list did they? Please prove anything you're claiming? Post a link to something that suggests that Galvins team spread this list (which no one has seen).

Oh it's known he's a supporter of Moses? f**king prove it. Prove that any of the information apart from Galvins statement has been leaked by him or his team.

Tigers released the statement saying he'd be leaving.
Benji made Galvin stand infront of his team to explain himself.
Luai and Turuva are the idiots that post shit on social media.
Benji, Luai and Api are the ones who wanted Galvin dropped.
Benji, Luai and Api are the ones who had a media press conference.

There's one side here doing all the talking, and it's the side that has never been able to help themselves when it comes to leaking shit to the media.

This is the problem with you Tigpies gimps. You're going off about things you think is or will happen without proof, and don't look at the actual facts and circumstances because you're so blinded by anger because the most promising junior you've had in 10 years wants out.
Nor can you, but common sense is on my side.

I literally do this for a living, my guy. Including occasionally instructing the people who give bullying classes at work, although I've been focused on areas of IR the last few years and not done much work in the bullying space since the SH amendments came in.

As I said, it's only bullying pursuant to the definition of 789FD if it's repeated, but the post was absolutely an example of bullying behaviour.

As for intent in harassment and/or bullying, there are many decisions you can find to refute that POV. Smout v BHP Coal was a handy recent dismissal decision with good citations from last year, albeit dealing with SH.

And yes, this is a tangent, but I'm a nerd.

It has almost a similar trajectory to Jackson Hastings. This kid went from Illawarra reps to aust schoolboys was told how good he is and only has to show up each week and he’ll be the best thing since sliced bread

Illawarra junior reps > Sydney roosters junior reps > Roosters NRL > Manly NRL all by the age of 20 I’m almost sure of it.

We all know how that went lol

that’s nice. But I can only go by what I’ve been taught by trainers “my guy”.

Which post?
One was a private one amongst friends which isn’t bullying and the other was a “team first” post which isn’t bullying.
That’s before we get to the nothing being repeated or targeted.

That was a different case to what’s on show here.
And yes, this is a tangent, but I'm a nerd.
Nothing wrong with that in an a discussion with people open to discuss instead of club troll like others.

While I agree Moses manipulation is in full force here and deserves criticism, I think it's also obvious that Galvin has never wanted to be at Wests anyway.

That doesn't make the carry on from his side right, but it's not as cut and dried as "well he refused big money so he must be breaking the rules" being the one and only explanation
It sorta does, if he hasn't already got a deal, why would he refuse to even consider the WT's one. He just point blank refused. He has nearly two seasons to go.
His reasoning was: Benji can't coach him and won't improve his game. We don't know what the other 5 reasons were on a 19yo's list of complaints.
The club has a coach who has achieved the highest honours in the position he plays and have bought in arguably one of the best in that position, in the modern era.
I suspect Richo probably knew what was happening and forced the issue.
Now, if he has got a deal, it's against the rules.
So, I hope it does go to court and see what happens.

What Tito did, was a personal thing, that had nothing to do with the club. I also don't think it would considered bullying.
