I’m just copying my post from the other thread. At this point in time they are playing more solid footy than us. It’s a brilliant move by them giving Flanno more of a say in going ons, it means Mary’s contract will be extended again.

Last time they won they played pure Flanno ball. All up the middle and bombed that new kid. My guess is they'll again play Flanno ball except with a slight adjustment, they'll try and bomb still but there will be more running at both our edges. If Duges was in they probably wouldn't use their right side as much but now it will be both sides and see which one isn't working.
If anything this season is constant it has been our terrible defence, especially on said edges.

The general perception of this Sharks team is flat track bullies. Talented enough to smack some deep teams, not tough or disciplined enough to compete with strong teams.

The next 2 weeks will show whether this team has the toughness to beat 2 ordinary teams.

Like most, I have very little confidence in them aiming up based on the evidence of this season. Dugan out is not good. The left side now has three poor defenders next to each each other. Chad, Wade and Goodwin. Unless our middle dominate we are vulnerable.

Lomax has lack of experience, you would expect Goodwin should be able to handle either of them.

Morris must have a lot of faith in Goodwin if he does play

Ah, yep.

The storm ran hard as ferk last nite when the game got tough.
They hit hard in degence and closed gaps and scrambled and choked the donks - who were in the game well and truly - into submission and then went to town.

The donks will get into the game with us but we will drop ball, miss tackles and shoot ourselves in the foot, thus allowing them to build confidence and guys like milford and boyd gave their best games if the year as they go in to win.

Our guys would be looking ahead even now and going we should win and therefore the choke is already taking seed

This afternoons game..
2 inept teams full of players who need a rocket for their lack of effort. Both supporters nightmares.
Could play it 10 times and they win 5 times each.

Aitken is playing great footy. Lomax is a f**king gun. I'd have him at the sharks in a heartbeat over Ramien.
