When Doorey went to Walker, Penisini was on a hiding to nothing. If he stays on his man, Crichton gets the ball. If he comes in, Walker throws it to Smith instead. At least if Penisini stays on his man, no merkin will go sTaY oN yOuR mAn fFs!!! It's self preservation.

Some both good and some not so good points from the game. You can forget the second half as it will be mostly non-NRL standard players taking the field, so the end result will be fairly irrelevant.

I think our back 5 getting us out of our own Red Zone is going to be hugely problematic. We also basically only have 8 NRL standard backs...the 7 who started the game and Kelly. After that and we're getting into Rookies and non-NRL level players.

We'll rely too much on Moses kicking game getting us out of trouble. When that doesnt come off, like it didnt a couple of times in that half, we're going to be under an enormous amount of pressure.
