He knocks it's f**king backwards anyway on that. We are getting bent over.

That went backwards or I'm not here.

Was that advantage? Or no knock on?

You know its bad when Ikin says we are getting screwed

I am gathering you fellas were complaining about the Feki knock back?

I was at the ground screaming and L.L said it will be a try before it was green lighted. He said if you drop it either backwards or forwards and it hits the opposition it is a knock on. Apparently it did hit them and he was right, I apologised to the refs ever so softly.

Deadset heart breaking tonight..

Where was Gordon on the Heighnington and Ayshford breaks?

Why didn't he draw Minichello and pass?

Why do we start every game with 5 runs and a bomb?

We will come last.

Carney's legs are f**ked. It affects his pace and therefore his confidence and nullifies his game.

Good thing Robbo is playing out of his skin at the moment.

I was complaining about one that the Roosters player dropped about 10m out and it was ruled fine which happened a couple of minutes after the one down the other end which a Sharks dropped and the roosters played picked it up, played on and we intercepted the pass so the ref ruled they didn't take advantage...

All agree we lost it on the kicking game. Diabolical.

I'm really not happy with Ayshford. His D is terrible! I know he has TC to the left and Jono to the right but some of his grabs and lack of effort are disturbing. I would argue he has been up to nrl standard for some time now.

Really cool to see feki and Ricky team up so well and gallen was epic. Lot of positives in a negative season but once Ryan and Lewis are back, I'd be fooling around with the backline by dropping ayshford and Jono ...

Great hanging tonight, Bad Boy Bubby btw! Hopefully we can toast with Tom and Miller Lite soon too and of course Craigshark

His A is hardly spectacular either. Wait 7 years to replace Pom and we end up with Ayshford. How do we do it?

Until I read other posts , I thought it was just me who thought TC was rubbish. Playing like he looks. Dogs must be relieved too watching Fifita's efforts. I thought Heino one of our best. Great try from Loots although quiet after that. Hope it lifts him to better things. Didn't think Gordon as bad as some other posters. Also thought Wade ok.

Boys dug in... still kinda NEEDED that win, but whatever, somethings up with carney, back on the piss or something.....Thought gordon was very dissapointing last night, needed to either back him self or draw and pass on that break... nowhere to be seen when we have a runaway hino, the bounced bomb and i also thought he panicked abit and should of held of RTS on that maloney try...

Big props to leutele and Feki, very refreshing to see.

Gordon had a weird night - got a lot more involved in the middle of the field but when it was time to shine he failed.
Bombed try by passing early.
Let two bombs bounce and cost us points.
No backing up on Heighno or Ayshfords bust.

How good was Gal though - busted his ass as usual and led the way. If we could get a few more to play like that we'd win more than we lose.
Graham had a much better game also.

Will need to from here on in DJ. Reckon we'll need 28 points in total with 19 rounds to go. 2 of the 19 are byes I believe so there's 4 points. We have 2 points already. Therefore we will need 11 wins from the remaining 17 non bye games (I think that's right) to get to 28 which might get us there. Need our team back now.

Just think Toddys going through what Wadey Boy described yesterday. I'm sure those that haven't all will at some point until its behind us. He seems down on himself. His piss wreck days (as in his old ways) are behind him now. Much more mature. I'm sure he still drinks but he has grown away from the feral that the media love to portray him as. He'll come good when the team comes together. Lots of precedent for teams that have had fugged up starts then stormed home into the finals. TC did it with the Roosters and also the Mucus who made losing early in the season only to come good when it counts and art form a few years back. Im bloody pissed off we lost but we played an attractive brand of footy at times.

Overall much better effort. Most of rorters tries had an element of luck. As others have said really liking loutelli and feki's developing partnership. Leuts Robbo and graham enormous defensive efforts. Gal was huge in the first half and heino went well of the bench. Despite the loss enjoyed the game as a spectacle..... Far cry from the debacle v manly last week.

I am looking at it this way 7 games in the best players this year are

Gallen has played 1.2 games
Morris oldest player in the team
Leutele & Feki our inexperienced centre/wing combo
Robson Our veteran half back

Basically everyone else has gone backwards, teams know that they target Carney/Ayshford/Wright combo there is points there, all our points vs Roosters was on the Leutele/Feki side.

Where do we go forward honeslty we need to make significant changes yes we have forwards to come back but the problem is we are weak in the backs Ayshord/Wright, the gamble option would be to play Lewis or Taga in centre and Ryan on wing, but we still have the issues around Gordon and Carney
