GAME DAY vs Dirty Mixos.

Fair win happy for the 2 points we switched off after 50 mins.
Wilton was immense in defence, that was Liam Martin like.
That first half was how we should be playing attack with defense makes it so much easier.
A few injuries that concern me.
If Uele is out Hazelton is due back
Billy Burns for Talakai he will be fine do work middle.
Stonestreet if out Chris Vealla would be option.
I notice Tooks got more minutes today which is great.
Atkinson should only come on for injury or when game can't be lost

Frenzy.

Once we got our third potential injury in Stonestreet, they shut up shop and it showed.
But on a hot day with potentially 1 interchange, fair enough.
He was actually the first bubs. Was just before halftime when he tweaked his hammy.

Frenzy.

Like this game? Too bad he was about as effective as a perforated condom

Sitting in the southern stand, so it’s always hard to get a great gauge on everything until after watching a replay. But a few points from first impressions:
- defence really seemed out to bully them until it got a bit messy at the end. Good signs. Rather bully teams with defence than attack, like we have in recent years.
- attack still feels janky. It’ll click at some point.
- Atkinson seemed… inneffectual.
- Fonua Blake is a terrifying human and you can see how he draws in defenders every time the ball comes near him. He’s sensational with ball in hand, but the benefits of having him are even more pronounced out wide.

Frenzy.

Missed it all. Who got injured and how shit was the fullback?
He'd go close to being fullback of the week so far. Between him and CNK so far.

Walsh was purile again. Game full of kiddie errors from him
Gray was shut down by us
Bula looks dangerous but Dolphins have him covered
Hammer is really quiet
Stinkwater was well, stinky and still can't catch.
Teddy was quiet Teddy.
Jenkins was a 4 tier downgrade on Edwards.
Pappy was good without dominance this week and made 4 handling errors.

Kennedy for King!

Gotta agree…Reece Walsh was absolutely putrid….CNK (while not being a fan) had the best game I’ve ever seen from him. Will has been our most consistent so far this year along with Tricky and AFB. Rock solid and has had a stack of try assists along the way.

AFB had 103 post contact metres on NRL site, when was last time a sharks forward had that.

I think it was about 1975 when a shark did that at Amity Island
