The 2023 Melbourne Storm are nowhere near the level of class to teams of previous years. My view is that Melbourne this year are highly over rated and if the Sharks are willing to roll the sleeves up for 80 minutes I believe we can win.

There is a trend developing where “better performing teams” are not putting the game away and are being beaten by “individual skills” in key moments. I hope that is not us this afternoon.

We still haven’t put together that 80 minute start to finish performance, a win today will also enhance Nicho’s NSW aspirations. I am also much more confident in our performance against the “better” teams.
