yep, the intercept was shit. But he’s partner in the halves has been worse and has been all year besides a flash of brilliance here and there. Something has to give.

I made notes for the whole game, pluses and minuses of each player in both defence and attack.
The reading on them says that despite the scoreline our main defence was good, they took their off shoot chances and we didn't. Our final plays cost us, it would have been a tight game because they would not have been able to play as free as they did at the end.
So my final analysis, there is no pile on on a single player, in fact every player bar one had many negatives. The only player who didn't was Brailey.

Main problems as far as I can see is the energy levels. We looked way more energetic when the replacements came on, very way more.
Major problem in attack today consisted of Nikora, Ramien and Katoa, What is going on with these three???
The other side looked better but could not final their plays.

Fitz tried a different approach with his bench, which worked somewhat, but honestly out of his top three, AFB, OK and Mc, only AFB should be a starter. JC is being trained up as our future number 13, put him there now, and Toby in for OK at starting, then do not do all changes at once, off shoot them..

I reiterate, our defence was good, if our attack had been more efficient and their timing wasn't off (I did say this at half time) we would have put pressure on the score board, meaning they wouldn't have been able to play free.

Coaches, get your attack sorted.

i thought Hynes’ bat on was a pretty poor low percentage play for the intercept try.

Trindall was a 2/10 today. But of luck he cops a week for the shoulder charge and comes back through the jets. Been below average for 6 weeks

On my score sheet he got a 4.5-5, if Sifa had not slipped when the ball hit the cross bar his points would have rose. That kick was a little bit of magic that falls the right way when a team is on.

But never in this entire existence have I personally felt as disinterested , disgusted , had the life sucked out of me by this current team and coaching staff. A bigger bunch of pretenders in any sport I have yet to come across
