To me this part of the write-up is important as it mentions two things.

1. Bronn is Lannister aligned.
2. In the previous game when I was Tyrion I protected Bronn and Shae. This to me indicates that Bronn and Shae are connected and therefore Rebel as Shae is mafia.

Obviously Mis is using ??? as a generic way of describing anyone who doesn't die. There is no way we have enough Lannisters in the game if Tyrion and Jaime are an indie faction. It is clearly a generic term that could be used on anyone.

Mis doesn't particularly care about QT's. Run them at your own risk type of thing. Plus Petyr didn't start as Targ aligned.
