Congrats Warriors, easily the better side tonight. Big effort to turn around what happened last week in just 6 days, especially since we had 99% of the luck out there last night. Really hope you guys beat the Storm next week.

Anyone having trouble getting into the forum?
Couldnt get into the website last night an hour after the game.
Now cant get into our forum, can select the latest posted thread.

Cheers to tigers fans.

Chan 9 team (other than gus) seemed to be happy with Inu try.
Foxtel guys not so happy (Smith and Brandy).
Continuous call team seemed to be happy with it, even Blocker.

So much to post about, so little Warriors space to post it in - man that's annoying. Still, it's hard to complain about these little things when firstly we won, and secondly all our complaining energies should be directed towards how mud the reffing was last night.

Given the absence of anywhere else suitable to unload it all, I'm going to do it here (don't worry folks it's not going to be the wrong type of dump.)

Our game was far from perfect - our front row in particular needs to man up, and our forwards did not defend well off our line against the first couple of Tigers tries.

Our backs however were far better than I feared, so hats off to the likes of Sharkie, Inu, Manu and Tupou. Locke was outstanding in the first 30min, he has an amazing ability to draw the ball in under difficult circumstances (bar one pass from Johnson), and the way he got out of the in-goal to avoid the line drop-out was impressive and crucial when we were under the pump.

The kicking from Maloney and Johnson was a vast improvement and I think a huge factor in the win.

The hobbit made numerous good darts, including the try.

Mannering in particular helped keep the fringes held together.

Mateo came into his own in the 2nd half.

I've got quite a bit to say about Cleary too, but that will come at another time.

Good game. Warriors play the game in the right spirit and can be genuinely entertaining. Cant say that about most other sides.

Please beat Melbourne.

Excellent post.

Mannering is a superb leader imo - do as I do/follow me type of leader.

Only change i'd make is Taylor in for Ta'ai. Taylor may of held that left edge together a bit better in the first 20 minutes.

We can do this....

Agreed, was fuming at the line defence which had been relatively solid for most of the year, looked thinner than 1ply toilet paper!

But the way to sum up how I feel...proud. Proud of the guys. Sure there are still flaws, bad flaws. But what guts to hang in there, shut the Tigers down in the second spell, keep going despite some questionable and one sided reffing, Manu just busting a gut to make ammends for the week before...Proud.
I don't know how we'll go next week- Because we have a good record vs Storm some are getting ahead of themselves and planning what to wear to a GF...got another hurdle yet. And should that be overcome, the GF will be something else.
That said, I'll just enjoy this victory for a couple of days.

Great team effort, smart use of interchanges by Cleary. He identified players who were struggling with the pace and managed them perfectly.

Wow - couldn't get on to the forum for nearly 24 hours. Probably a good thing. I would've added about a million posts all saying 'WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!'

Proud to be a member of the Warriors club. So proud of those boys last night. One of the best second 40 minutes in the history of our club. Bring on the Storm.

Like a i said before, now that my doggies are gone for 2011, im backing the warriors 100%, im really hoping that you guys can win it this year. Nice work boys, you knocked out my most hated team and made sookie cry after the game :lol:, you would think he would be used to losing finals matches by now, what a win
