I believe I was one of the 1st posters on here to congratulate the Kiwis when they won mate, it was well deserved.

However, it becomes meaningless when you cant follow that one good performance up with more of the same. Id love the Kiwis to match it with the Kangaroos EVERY game thats played, it makes the code stronger given the amount of young NZers playing in the NRL these days but there is no use winning the WC if you're just going to slide back into mediocrity again.

You cant tell me you'd be happy to crow on about being the current World Champs for the next 4 years while watching your side fail to live up to the title? Id find that pretty hollow.
