I really hope the Warriors earn a home semifinal because I think Gatis deserves a send-off from the fans. I think he has shown a lot of guts and dedication this year, and we could well miss him next year.

If I could buy any player of my choosing, it would be Jamie Soward. He was a terrific
junior and he's growing into a great senior player, despite the efforts of some of his
previous "coaches".

Agree on Georgy.....I can't believe they signed Swann for another year, but let George
go. He only wanted year to year.

If we get a home semi, everyone should bring a plate and smash it after the game, to honour Gatis. He will join the ranks of great hookers, the Warriors have brought to Mt Smart.

It's a shame we didn't sign Gatis for another year. He's shown us he's a damn sight better than Swann has been. So instead of getting us a hard-working player.. we have a veteran who should seriously start planning what he'll do AFTER league.

Never to worry though. I hope Huddersfield give Gatis all that he deserves.

And it'd be neat to get a home game to send him off with, hopefully not crying like Gower will be. Hehe.

Agree on all counts, Gatis and Soward. Gatis has been terrific, a good clubman for sure. It'd be wonderful to give him the best send off possible TBPH.

Soward, dead right, kid knows how to plug the corners. Has a big boot, but seldom does it go straight to the fullback. I think he'd be sensational behind our pack, he'd be that missing link - we set up our sets well often, but often don't finish them off as well as other teams.

He has right attitude that Huddersfield would need. Reliable and people find it hard not to like him. If you love Fish N Chips then he's the man to see as well. Oops almost forgot to mention he is a good player. Would love to see an official article to confirm this tho. Its in the RL week mag but that's all ive seen.

Watched him twice, haven't been overly impressed. Good agility fo shore but seems similar to Fien in that he can get pushed off and dominated by attacking players up the guts of the ruck.

Cool.. will note it down. Best Italian joint in the southern hemisphere IMHO is in Auckland across from the apartments at the Viaduct Basement. Got their card still, man, it's just... authentic. Authentic to the core.

One good thing I did notice about Henderson is he can kick ok out of dummy half.

I second the fish pot great place. would be great to send gatis off at home especially with a win. he has been a more than handy buy for the warriors and I think will be missed next year. henderson has some big boots to fill next year and hopefully he can do it and move on to his own pair like wade has done this year.

If you want some good italian in Sydney there's a top little place in Darlington about 5 min from Redfern Station called Buon Gusto, one of those little family run places thats been ther for like 20 years.
