Hes a great ball runner.. better kicker than api by a lot.. strong enough defender ( not as good as api but defs nrl standard), and hes crafty.

Kodi's best position is 9
They have signed Volkman so have too many halves. A couple of years of him could be good

Im not sure either. But ivan has a good record with avg players.

And hes certainly got talent..

Hes bever really played in a brilliant team either.

I simy say him because risk vs reward i think hes the best value for 12 months..

My main issue with verrills is the serious knee injuries.

Its not just him..i never like signing blokes with bad knee history. Its historically not an injury that only happens once..

Nikorima certainly isnt api..

But he offers a better kicking game than api..

And to an extent i dont think we can just keep playing the same way and winning.... we have to evolve.. (i know we are winning now playing same as last year)...

But i think evolving is so important..

I just imagine next year how much more pressure it will put on teams knowing nikorima can kick a 40/20 on tackle 3....

Yes wed lose out on some things but i think if we look at how it could help us evolve it could help us.

Weve never really had a cam smith 9 who could reliably kick out of dummy half..

The benefits of a 9 that can kick are just huge..

All i know is luke isnt the answer, kenny is a good player but not a starting 9, verrills is to injury prone and without api we have to evolve..

Can kodi do that for us... risk vs reward i think its worth a shot

Any legitimate backrower could play centre for us quite easily. Legitimate as in not Martin ect as he's a prop
