Anyone read Brent Read in D/T as he must have an axe to grind against us. All ant-May.
He is the same guy 1 month ago wrote penrith don’t need a new stadium as there is nothing wrong with there current one
Then come semi finals penrith ground is not up to semi final football or a great standard

There is a hunger for anything that can be perceived as a weakness at Penrith. They just lap it up. Read doesn't care one way or the other. It's just about telling people what they want to hear. Sells papers or clicks.
Agree. Penrith is polarising. Lots of people love us and many hate us; but as we are the best everyone has a strong opinion. Writing negative stuff about a team like that people want to read; either because it meets their biases or because they want to defend it.

Read is also a huge Melbourne Storm fan as well.

News Corp journalist Brent Read labelling BlueBet Stadium “archaic” in his article on home Finals, weeks after telling fellow journalists at a media opportunity in Penrith that there was nothing wrong with the venue and there was no need for a new stadium.

Obviously does his masters bidding. Or he is a deadshit that takes any opportunity to grind his axe.
