So Ezra Mam crashes his car whilst unlicensed and drug affected which puts a girl in hospital and he gets a 9 match ban. Our trainer runs in front of a player who is about to take a kick for goal and he gets 5 games and $50,000. I guess that seems fair.

Firstly he wasn't under the influence it was in his system theres a difference. Secondly we've had multiple trainer incidents and it could've possibly decided the game.

But but but other clubs do it........anyone saying this is weak. We f**ked up and have then been hit with a feather as punishment.

heading off for a heart echo on Thursday, in prep for hiatal hernia operation the following Wednesday. They (the medical folks) want to see it if the hernia has pushed my heart out of the way for pure dominance.

I wonder if the technician will hear this when doing the echo......

A member of our staff was the distraction, on purpose.

Not sure it’s that clear cut at all. It makes no logical sense to do it when we’re two down. If the kick was to win or even square it, I’d be more inclined to think it was deliberate.

I can’t see us doing it, knowing this would be the reaction — all for the small chance of a 40m+ field goal instead of a try, which I think was the far more likely outcome given the game.

Also if you want to put a kicker off. The best time to do it is to distract them while in process of striking the ball.

Doing it before the player has moved towards the ball shouldn’t have any effect on a kicker.

Campbell gets to reset and do everything uninterrupted. Realistically what was attempted to be gained (distracting him) should be gone since they can restart their kick process. Which players should be used to having to wait before doing. They regularly stand their for minutes at a time with the referee waiting to confirm kick is good to go.

That’s not to say the trainer suspension and fine aren’t justified. Fine him. Sack him. Do whatever is necessary. If our club sets the precedent for future punishments that’s fine. Hopefully we don’t have any trainer issues again. it just looks so amateur for shit that really doesn’t give us any advantage for it to be worthwhile. atleast not the incidents this year.

The attack on Penrith and their trainers on NRL 360 last night was disgusting and slanderous.
They went completely over the top and despite somebody saying that all clubs do the same things it was ’yea we know but this mob are arrogant and have been doing constantly’.
Penrith should look at taking legal action over some of the things they said.
Gordan Tallis keeps on with his $50000 well spent comments which are disgusting.

I don't mind this circus happening now.

We don't want any bullshit in the finals like the downtown penalty when we played Souths 2021.

I'm expecting a clampdown of sorts during August. Play the ball has been a focus already. But they'll try to bring teams in to line prior to the finals to avoid a spectacle.

360 is a joke. I refuse to watch it and only tune in when nothing else on and I feel like a laugh, if you know what I mean. Can’t take Anasta, Tallis and the rest of the clowns for more than a few minutes at a time. Yeah they were on fire last night especially Crawley the knob. Tallis still butthurt over 23’ gf

The best "UP Yours" gesture Panthers can give NRL 360 is to get to , and win the GF.

What legal action?

What would be the complaint?

I know it's not what most Panthers fans want to hear, but the best way to avoid this kind of rubbish from NRL360 is to do everything by the book.

Yes, every team's trainers do the same thing. But every team hasn't won 4 premierships in a row.

And until someone has the time and energy to analyse every trainer, from every game, every round to figure out the whole picture - this kind of low hanging fruit is going to be the story.

Additionally, Panthers players, coaches, administrators should just not answer questions from Fox journalists.
Determine what the bare minimum obligations are, and fulfill those. "No comment" everything else, and ignore their emails and phone calls.

And finally Panthers fans should just switch off.
Block them from socials, don't visit their website, don't switch on the TV, don't buy their newspapers.

Outrage is the most powerful currency in today's media landscape. If we stop fueling the fire and stop looking at it, it will change.
