Yeah i actually thought the same. Just because you watch something on a HD channel doesn't actually mean its shot in HD.

True - but it is still a much better quality on the HD channel!

That's true, the loop of HD shots of regional Australia does look pretty. Although it clashes with the NRL on the SD channel.
