For some reason Paully, the number on the back is white on a white background. I just put a blue square there.

The number colour has nothing to do with the jersey, the number is dependant on what jersey you replace in the game. Either you can put the Dolphins jersey in a spot with a jersey that has dark numbers, or you can do some Hex editing to change the number colour manually, its been so long since I did that though so I cant tell you how to.
