Priddis is still more than capable of competing at the highest level. Ask yourself the obvious question? Would you retire if you were capable of earning in excess of $150 -$ 200K a season. I think he will surely play on albeit it may not be with the Panthers. I think Priddis may look towards a last big payday in the ESL.

I couldn't see Priddo going to England as he already has an established finance business here ready for when he retires, and I couldn't see him uprooting his wife and 4 kids to go over there, especially when he has his autistic son, and both he and his wife are so involved and so committed to the running of his autistic foundation.

It is more likely that he would either stay with Penrith for one more year, or retire and focus on his business and his son.

Word has it that Sammut turned up to training in an ordinary state. He is on punishment duties for a while.

sammut should have the halfback spot for the first game..Joe williams was ordinary on the weekend and needs to improve a fair bit to get back into first grade

I still think we need either J or R Williams on the field for their kicking games, and try and hide them in defence as best we can.

Sammut is a great backup for the #1,7 or even 6 at a pinch.
