To all out there especially runners....
I literally heard it pop. Grade 1 minor bruising at the top of the quad, a bit stiff on extension, about a week rest I reckon before I can resume sport.
Anyone else torn a quad lifting weights, or running (I was runnning). any tips. Im wearing compression gaments (Skins) for the week, should help. I iced it up after i did it.
no real pain. Bruising came up 24 hours later. No swelling. Now into my third day. Ive heard i shouldnt strecth for at least 72 hours. The internet is a bit how you going.
