well done to graham but that just proves how ridiculous these selections are. Graham has been very quiet this season, Purtell has been the better centre. Anyway im not complaining.

he was back to his best on saturday night though, plus he is a much more explosive player than purtell imo. graham would have represented much sooner, but has been extremely unlucky with injuries in previous years. a deserved selection.

Isnt he a Qlder?

I thought he came to canberra from Redcliffe and i am fairly certain his name was tossed up as an origin possibility for Qld when he first came on the scene for the Raiders.

As a canberra fan I'm happy that someone has been picked.

As a supporter of the game at rep level i am astonished, dumb founded, and cant possibly understand the motivation of choosing Phil Graham to play when he has been absolutely nothing special this season. Pretty much sums up the non selections of guys like Carney and Tongue as well.

Makes me wonder, honestly, if the selectors have watched any canberra matches this season.

Well done Phil.

FTR, the teams selected are almost the worst on record. Ever. Period.

Tongue should have been picked, but Carney is under an injury cloud so his non-selection is understandable.

Graham is a quality player. Given how irrelevant current form seems to be on some of the other selections, I don't see why he should have to deal with it.

Even though he hasnt been scoring spectacular tries every game, this has probably been Grahams best season in general play. Last game was one of his better ones in terms of workrate and defense.

He played in the Queensland competition and I thought he was a Queenslander.
well whatever it's good to see him make some kind of rep footy. Inglis is a New sout hwelsh man playing for Queensland so if graham is a Queenslander its only fair than he plays for NSw

All obvious choices to fill the centre position given that NSW tend to go for the tried and true.
