There's a page on WWE.com asking the Superstars what their favourite WrestleMania moment is. Alot of them have listed WMIII Hogan Slamming Andre The Giant as their's

So what is everyone on here's favourite WrestleMania moment?

For me Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels in the Iron man match could possibly be the Best Mania match ever. Then the ending, with HBK and Vince McMahon with the line "The Boy hood dream, has come true for Shawn Michaels". Unbelievable

I thought the Ultimate Warrior was terrible! I've watched that WM 6 match and it's really quite average. Hogan isn't exactly a technical wrestler as it is but he carried Warrior for like 30 minutes, which is just painful. What made it even worse was the match before that was Ricky Steamboat vs. Randy Savage, still considered one of the greatest WM matches of all time!

I think Hogan's matches were more about spectacle, and the WM6 match was exactly that. Same with the WM3 match against Andre, crap match but huge spectacle.

I'm not sure why nobody is naming last year's triple threat match in the main event, for me that is in the top 5 classic matches. Absolute quality that match - both from a technical perspective and performance-wise.

It's old!

They wrestled like that in the 80's. (Even though the Hogan/Warrior match was 1990) They weren't the athletes the WWE have today. They were more Body Builders that were tought how to wrestle. That makes a huge difference.

The Man in my Avatar probably wouldn't get a look in, in todays pro scene. But he is still one of the greats.

I know the style was different in the 80's but I still think there was a lot of action around that was of high quality and would still hold its own today. I also think the gimmicks back in those days were a cut above what we see now, and that man in your avatar is a perfect example.

And not that much has changed, really. The athleticism we see today was around 20 years ago in the form of guys like Superfly, Steamboat, Savage, the Hart foundation, even wrestlers like Flair were pretty athletic. Look at the main eventers today - Batista, Cena are both bodybuilders who were taught how to wrestle. Not a lot has changed.

I agree on Superfly, Steamboat, Savage etc. They were great athlete's. I meant wrestlers like Hogan and Warrior. Huge builds compared to those guys you mentioned and a lot slower performing moves etc. Batista and Cena are more athletic than either Warrior or Hogan.

What I was basically trying to say was. Like Rugby League there seem to be more of what you would call pure athletes who can throw their hand at any sport they wish to play etc.

To me, both of these sports to me (yes i consider wrestling sports entertainment) have more athletes that they mould to either Professional footballers or Pro Wrestlers than yester year.

To me alot has changed. That's why I don't like to watch the crap they're dribbling out these days.

Yeah heaps of moments.

Hard for me to make up my mind mind on what is the best but along with Hogan slamming Andre at WM3 and Macho winning the tournement at WM4. But a more recent one. Seeing Chris Benoit and Eddie Gurerruo in the ring together at the end of WM20 last year.
