OK, nominations for who should be on the bench....

And suggestions on how many forwards/backs there should be.......

And suggestions on how we decide......

I can't remember who suggested this, so my apologies to the person who came up with it, but I like this idea the best:

1 x prop
1 x 2nd rower
1 x fullback/winger/centre
1 x half/five-eighth/hooker

I think it's the most fair solution IMO.

The other options are Croker and Kevin Walters given the number of positions they can cover.

I think if the guy who has played the most ever first grade games for the Raiders isn't there, then its a great shame.

I also think Mullins must be there, given that I voted for him at fullback and wing. Apart from that reason, I think Mullins was one of the best footballers we ever had at teh Raiders, and it is another great shame that he wasnt in the best 13, because I would definitely have him in our best 13 players of all time not counting positions.

That avatar is so awesome raiders_boy.

Mullins, Croker, Davico, Coyne would be mine.

Toots for sure, i would have had him in the centres over Jackson. Not saying toots is a better player but his given the club years of service and is our leading try scorer.

prop: Luke Davico/Sam Backo
back rower: Jason Croker
three-quarter: Brett Mullins (a no-brainer)
half: Mark McLinden

Costin would give us a goal kicker off the bench.

I'll remove Coyne from my original bench and put Costin in :D .

Costin's carving up the best that Australia have to offer - it's not as though the Kangaroos are fielding a 2nd rate side. Take him out of the Tommahawks team, and they're gone.
