The best three by far were 1997 (ARL), 1999 and 2003. I think 2003 was marginally the best out of those three.

The worst ones are 1993 and 2005.

03 Was the best of the last 15 years. Followed by 97 (my personal favorite) then 99.

89 still the best one I've seen.
