Both the Elephant Man and The Godfather are very good films.
I've never even heard of Twelve Monkeys though.

Never seen the godfather and dont really want to see it.

Never heard of the Twelve Monkeys or The Elephant Man.

The Prestige was pretty good but i would never say it was the greatest movie of all time probably wouldnt call it a great movie, thats just me personally.

So with these factors, i voted for Terminator. I loved Terminator 1 and 2 and thought number 3 and this new series is totally lame.
