[FONT=&quot]Se7en: David Fincher's career defining work in the eyes of many, this tense and brutal thriller is seen by many as the best work of Pitt. Twisting and turning and always confronting the viewer, it's one of the best thrillers made in recent years.

To Kill a Mockingbird: A ground breaking novel that became a critically acclaimed film, To Kill a Mockingbird is arguably the best film of many when it comes to discussing and confronting issues of racial inequality.

The Bourne Ultimatum: Seen by many as one of the best action movies of the decade, the third (and probably final) installment in the Bourne saga made ammends for an erratic second film and gave fans a fitting end to the series in action packed style.

Life of Brian: Monty Python's irreverant look at the like of...uh... Brian, a man born under similar circumstances to Jesus Christ. Witty and crude in equal doses, the film has perhaps the finest ending you'll ever see.

American Psycho: Bret Eason-Ellis' brutal novel was translated into a brutal, confronting film. Christian Bale caught a lot of eyes with his stellar performance in this stylish and controversial film.

Predator: It's never going to win any Oscars, but there's a lot to like about this classic action/horror film. Pitting Arnold Schwarzenegger against the alien 'Predator', this film was part suspense, part gung ho action, and part horror as a devilish game of cat and mouse came to its explosive conclusion.

Predator.

There have been many imitations, but Predator is the quintessential badass, shall we say, survival movie. A group of the toughest mercenaries pursued by the ultimate hunter, set in the other star of the movie, the Mexican jungle. (The movie is set in Central America but they filmed on location in Mexico and the jungle gave the movie the most awesome feel of fear and claustrophobia.)

Arnie cops alot of sh*t but he was absolutely made for the role of Dutch in this movie. It wasn't a wordy role, which is good, because his aura and undeniable screen presence were the driving force. And the Predator to my mind remains the most awesome alien creation ever. So cool and yet the last thing you'd ever wanna f**k with.

The musical score is also one of my favourites of all-time. It really got the juices flowing and put you on the edge of your seat. Especially in the last 20 minutes which is some of the most exciting, tense and thrilling stuff i have ever seen on screen.

To me this movie is a masterpiece. You're right in that it won't win an Oscar but it's unlikely that a movie of it's genre will ever match it for suspense, tension, mood and hardcore action. Just look at the two AvP movies for example. Absolute tripe in comparison and great proof of just how perfect the original Predator movie was.

Life of Brian is possibly one of the greatest movies ever.

I voted for Bourne Ultimatum, knowing LoB would win and because I quite enjoyed all of the Bourne movies. It'd be a shame to see it not get a vote.
