The wingers, the centres. It has been a long time since they excelled. Well done. The attack was the best in a long time, and rolled on all game.

It was nice expansive attack which saw our backs with a bit more space. Was exciting to watch our attack, even when we hadn't scored in the first half.

I know at one stage we had blown out to 100/1 early in the first half. I dont think it was even 24-0 at that stage.

On the big screen at the ground , the TAB were offering $101 at halftime (24-6) .
Easts were at $1 - so dead certainties to win.

As for best win ever , it's hard to top the Canterbury Semi in '01 but tonight went very close , there was a kid about 13 or 14 who was sitting near me who starting crying when they won - it brought a tear to my eye that this kid was so excited & it meant so much to him.

For all the crap we've been put through this year , tonight made every minute worthwhile.

24 was line points start before kick off. Biggest in history Munsie fron TAB Sportsbet said. I can' t recall anywhere above 18.5 since line betting came in. A great win againt insurmountable odds

Sat near a roosters supporter who was there with his daughter who was about 7 years old.
the old man was screaming and carrying on, swearing and kicking chairs. His poor kid looked so embarrased.

I cant wait until my boy is older and i can do that to him!

Sounds like me most weeks....

Must be a hugely embarrassing loss for the roosters & their supporters, they already had the 2 points banked, & that was before kickoff.
