Green Machine raids Cowra

The CFMEU Canberra Raiders have traveled to Cowra in rural NSW today, for a two day training camp as part of their pre-season campaign.

The Raiders will be using the trip as an opportunity to get to know their fans in the group 10 stronghold, and also to promote their trial match against the Brisbane Broncos in Orange on February 23.

While in Cowra the Raiders will take a break from training to visit the regions many schools, with the small town of Canowindra also set to get a visit from a few of the Raiders stars.

Fans in the region have been openly encouraged to come out to the Raiders scheduled training sessions, and get autographs and photos with their favourite players.

Raiders in Cowra:

Monday November 24:

10am - Fitness session (Cowra Oval)

1pm - Primary School Visits

3.30pm - Swim session (Cowra Pool)

4.30 pm - Coaches Update - Cowra Oval - Training for local Coaches

Tuesday November 24:

9am - Skills/Fitness - Cowra Oval

I don't consider myself wealthy though. I've only just bought the place and when I pay it off in thirty years, maybe then I'll be wealthy.
