so every qld would happily turn their back on their state and country? Is that what you are saying?
The rules are that a player is eligible for the state in which he plays his first game of football at under 16s or over. But then I've heard it is actually the first "rep" game and that this is why Inglis playing for Hunter Sports when he was 16 didn't count because it wasn't rep football. But who knows. Either way, when the bloke clearly aknowledges Bowraville as his junior club ala "Greg Inglis, Bowraville Tigers", I think that says it all. There is little doubt he should be playing for NSW, and Country for that matter. When a player signs a contract and moves interstate as a result that should not allow him to play for that state, just as the likes of SBW signing for an Australian club and moving from NZ should earn him the right to play for Australia.
Yeah OK,
Numerous years of NSW being full of established QLD players who moved to Sydney to ply their trade
=
1 NSW teenager who moves to QLD, says 'how good is this' and decides to stay.
 you fail
 Playing a handful of games for Brisbane Norths and then going north of the border a couple of times a year does not make one a Qlder. FFS, I am more of a Qlder than Big Game ever will be!
I dare say you should be booted well and truly back over the border. The sooner we build that fence the better...FFS, I am more of a Qlder than Big Game ever will be!
it's first senior football
even his father knows it's wrong http://www.couriermail.com.au/sport/nrl/why-greg-inglis-is-a-maroon/story-e6frepaf-1111116761552
yeah no more pointless posts that simply act to bump the thread to the top :sarcasm:6 pages of fail. This thread does not deliver and should be left to die.
